Pioneer VS Kenwood

I am looking at buying either the Pioneer AVIC D2, or D3 or the Kenwood DDX-6019, what are the pros and cons?

I want:

Nav system

Back up Cam

DVD

XM

Preferably built in, I know that XM needs a receiver, but other than that

I love my Kenwood and soon to have the 8019 when it is out.

I have the 6019 now and it's great. I'll upgrade it in the next year or two when they have a digital tv tuner for the next model. I prefer the modular approach that Kenwood takes over the integrated all-or-nothing approach of the Pioneer.

I have the Pioneer Avic D3 and it's the same features as the N series only it's a Double din and it's not motorized. The built in EQ is superb. Too many features to list, but I have had nothing but EXCELLENT output from mine.
