Alpine 9855R Question...Pls help!!

Something that has been bothering me...I got a Alpine 9855r head unit and have been playing around with it for a week. In it's initial set up menu it's supposed to have an option for setting the subwoofer output (SUBW CH ST)however this is not showing up for me. I have tried almost everything...gone through the manual in detail etc...no luck. Can someone with this unit help me...pls?

This function will help me change between a stereo or mono output for my sub. Can someone help me understand what this means and which one should I be selecting for a MTX 5512 powered by an Alpine MRD M605? Thanks...

Mine is the same way. Only have a menu for On/Off and Subwoofer System 1&2. Appears to be a misprint in the manual. Probably "Lost In Translation". If anyone has found the selection let us know.
