Pioneer Smart Sync question please.

Hi Everyone,
I have a Pioneer MVH-620-BHS & Motorola G7 android. When I switch from the USB source to any other source "radio, GPS or bluetooth" when I switch back to USB the head unit remembers my last song but the list on the smart sync app always reverts back to the first song on my list. Is there a way to make the smart sync USB list show the same as my head unit? Thanks for any help.
