Pioneer does that with their upper end models. They always get realesed a while after the entry level decks do.

got my premeir deh-580 hooked up

its great i love it so far

it seems that the premeirs face plate will be a dark grey or almost black for these new models where the regular pioneers are like the traditional silver color

my faceplate is a dark grey rather than the silver color of the ones posted on the first page

personally i like the dark grey color way better
