*PICS* LEXUS: 4th order-RE SX, 20" staggered, fatty rear lip, 3.8% tint, lowered...

Looks good..i like the older wheels more
Thanks, The old wheels were a nice classic Niche design, but they were way too sunken-in and were only 8.5" wide all around with 45m offset.

The GS's look much better IMO with staggered setups and agressive fitments.

Here's another set of wheels I was rollin on a few months ago.

I got them hella cheap on craigslist and sold them to pay for the new wheels above...

Staggered 3-piece Maya EX2's...

Rear Setup:

20x10 30mm offset

Nexen N7000 255/35/20

Front Setup:

20x8.5 20mm offset

Nexen N7000 225/35/20

Ya the Maya's with chrome center and black lip.... I didn't care for those either. I just bought them to sale them for more money. I made $560 on flipping them and bought the wheels in the 1st psot.

Believe it or not they once sold for over $1000 a wheel!!!

(2) RE Audio 10" SX's in a 4th order bandpass ported through the rear deck of a Lexus GS300 with a 6" Aero Port powered by a Hifonic BXi-2010D on a Kinetik HC2400 in the rear and a red top Optima up front, 1/0 gauge Kicker power cable.

1.6cuft for sealed section

2.3cuft for ported section

I guess due to the nature of the 4th order design even with the tuning of the ported section being 45hz this setup hits the lows like crazy and peaks at 30hz.

The bass is super smooth and very very deep, it's the smoothest and best sounding bass I've heard!

No trunk rattle is awesome, 4th order's ported through the rear deck FTW!!!

I'll get some more vids up later, any requests...

The trunk is unfinished.... Haven't had time to make a flush cover for it yet. The cover will strech across the entire length of the box, it will be carpeted in the same color as the trunk carpet and hide the box and the gaps to the left and right of it. I also plan to make a false floor for the amp to flush mount it under plexiglass with a couple 80mm pc fans for cooling. I might flush mount the batter but it would require me to remove my spare tire. With the amp flush I can throw the Lexus rug over it and you wouldn't see a system in my trunk, it would just look like a smaller stock trunk.
