some amps are labeled gain some arent...does that amp do rated power?

yes its dual 2 as stated in my thread. Go to the Spoundsplinter link for box specs...I had it in a 3cf box @34hz.

ok well when you get it, on the specs it should let you know how many volts to sends out to the amp, it should say 4v pre outs for instance, and i would set my gains right around that or maybe a LITTLE bit under 4 volts in case it doesen't really put out that much
