(read the thread, got sleepy, forgot what I read, then felt like chiming in)

On your side view, if your dimensions are right (18.25" top dimension, 32" high, 27"deep & 25" high), the sloped piece would be 11.21" long on its outside surface.

And, the internal area (.75" MDF) of that side would be 750.44 square inches.

With your 37.5" width (36" wide internal), the total box volume woudl be 27, 015.85 cubic inches (15.63 cubic feet).

If you're coming up with different #'s than these, have you verified the 90-degree corners are really 90 degrees?

Appreciate it drpeeb, pretty much confirmed gumbies volume #, I guess I can just subtrace a little bit off for bracing aswell then. I can pass that # along for some help on the tuning, to figure port length, really appreciate the math you did once again for me. And the prettier pictures lol
