if one knows how to paint and what to look at while painting, using a rattlecan can produce some surprising results. I paint small parts all the time with rattlecans and clear.

Good spray paint job. Although it looks like you oversprayed onto the lights, why no painters tape?

i didn't tape anything off lol. when i got the the point that i decided to just spray paint everything, i just said **** it. nothing a little bit of thinner won't clean up tomorrow...

Mind listing what brand products you used?

it's just Rustoleum gloss black spray paint. 3m sandpaper, 3m roloc discs. evercoat gold filler in the few areas i filled yesterday.

no clear coat, just the gloss black enamel paint. just trying to keep the rust at bay during the winter...

17'' sportmax 006. i paid 900 for rims and tires from victoriatire.com back when i got them like 2 years ago, i'm sure they can be had for cheaper now....

Looks good. Should have got one of those plastic triggers/guns that attatch to the rattle can to make it like a paint gun... lol

took out out for some snow drifting the winter before last, the only winter it's seen:

got rid of the old stock FI 1600 and swapped it for a 1776 carb'ed engine, rebuilt for a performance dune buggy by my mechanic:

in guide coat ready for bodywork, then i moved to hawaii and just stored it:

i like the tattoo on your hand, i have got a few as of late. the car is real nice i just think u should of taped the lights off. u know how u went about it is why it came out good. most people would of taped it off and if they took a spray paint to it they would of most f-ed it up. i like it though.
