PA system

I wasn't really sure what section to put this in, so I guess I'll post it here.

I've been looking for a PA system for my buddies truck and I have no idea where to get one. I haven't really found any PA system "kits" like I had hoped to find (was thinking they would sell them like car alarms with everything you need ready to install). Does anyone know how to put one of these together for a truck, or what parts I need and where I can get them?
