Optima Batteries...real good Americans.Huh?

Why so much hate on the mexicans?
I love quesadillas

First of all, I am not 16. I am also willing to bet that I am far more intelligent and knowledgeable than you will be at your highest point of intellectuality.
I'm not 16, jackass. My profile isn't accurate. I like how you don't address my actual argument so you don't have to be wrong. I also won't take advice on drugs from a presumable meth head from Colorado. I'll stick to my research chemicals and anti tussive agents before I touch half the shit I bet you have.
I'm sorry you are too dumb and high to accurately fill out your profile. Continue on with the "research chemicals"

yay for you

Agreed
We were trying to continue a standard of wealth and living that reality didn't support. I think alot of us will need to change perceptions of what we are entitled too...that is unless we get another bubble started, then bring on the fake wealth again.
This. I have no doubt there will be another bubble. We will sell our soul for the next hit.

LOL Sears. You do know Sears Holdings owns Kmart right? You do know that Sears sells cheaper Craftsman tools at Kmart that they don't sell at Sears? You do realize Kmart and Sears both sell the same Vizio TV's that Walmart does right? There is a market for discount retailers. How about you blame the manufacturers. They make the lower end products to be sold at Walmart.
So there are two different styles of craftsman tools? I thought the tools where the same as many have the same model number. I do know that many of the more speciality tools aren't sold at K-mart.

I like these people who over simply how easy factory work is. I'd like to see any "educated" person work in a factory or mill for 6 months and see how long they last.
Factory work is not a function of education. I am sure a rugged person with a PhD could do factory work. A scrawny illiterate person can't. I have seen the commercials of the plants. Those folks aren't weak and small.

And I didn't say anything about overspending? I believe I did. The banks are the real issue. Before the banks went down for giving out loans they knew could not be paid back, the economy was not suffering nearly as much. Once the banks went down, people got scared and that sent the economy into a downward spiral.
The banks were trying to help people support the fine retailers you mentioned.

but more importantly the firms you listed are known as SPECIALITY retailers, not fine retailers. You are about ****ing stupid.

So you are saying people should be educated to be valuable so they can keep their jobs so they can spend more "extra" cash, but you excuse ignorance for people that got into ARM's for houses they couldn't afford at a fixed rate? I'm lost, so its the banks fault, the educated people, who had the jobs?
I am in an ARM. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

so much drama in the LBC

That sucks man, when does the rate inflate, and have you looked at refi'n?

I know you said before that the house value was a concern, I thought mine was gonna be horrible too, but I'm mid refi right now and my appraisal came out wayyy higher than I thought it would, like 30% higher. FHA does 97% ltv refi's still.

Rate inflates in 2 years.

Cannot refi as house lost 20% of it's value in 1 year.

So, I pay down as quickly as I can. I will navigate this fine. I have no doubts. The way it looks, even though the rate is higher (will be ~5.7%) the monthly payment will be lower because I have so much equity.

Many tools are but they do sell cheaper models exclusive at Kmart. Mostly the rolling tool boxes and mowers and snowblowers.

Factory work is not only physically demanding, but mentally demanding. You do the same thing over and over and over again. You can't just take a break when you feel like it and go on ca.com. You work until the whistle blows. You can't even stop to take a piss. After a while of this repetitive movement, your body breaks down, you develop arthritis and carpel tunnel but you must keep working through the pain. You can't stop and you can't slow down. Not too mention the heat, noise etc. That is challenging mentally, especially when you know you are doing this at least 8 hours a day, 5-7 days a week for 30 years. No most of them don't have a formal education, but they have more mental toughness than a lot of college grads. Not everyone can do that job so isn't the whole point of acquiring these "skills" to separate yourself?

Doesn't sound bad at all man. With you droppin the principal, and only raising to 5.7 you are alot better off than most I think of with an ARM. Hell 5.7 is near/under current mortgage rates right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
