opinoins on my selection

I am running a sundown 1200d and an orion extreme 500.4. I am looking at getting a 150amp output alternator(my curent is 90amp) and a couple batteries. I was looking at an optoma red top for under the hood and a kinetik hc600 for my trunk. Does this sound like solid choices or is it just overkill?

Sounds good. Make sure to wire the Big 3 with heavy gauge wire (0 gauge). You should have a solid electrical system. Not overkill, those amps would easily kill your stock electrical system.

I'm amazed how many people put in large systems in their cars without considering their tiny stock electrical cannot handle it.
