all jokes aside....you truly believe a company should be able to turn down an potential employee based on race?

everyone screams about

"you signed it, you forfeit to it"...yet last time i checked, in order to start a business you also agreed to a set of rules that are established. you cannot hire based on race, you cannot hire based on ***, or ****** preference or anything else. so in the end the companies already have laws. they are not 100% to run a business exactly how the please. they must follow guidelines.

so to this i say again...youd flip out if they didnt hire the black guy, or the mother with a shit load of kids, or offered to pay the legal mexican worker 1/2 of what the rest of the employees are getting, yet its completely fine when the gay guy doesnt get hired, or the guy who smoked up 3 weeks ago fails a test...or the guy who has course hair which is known to pick up thc more readily, fails a hair sample test for being in the same room as someone else smoking pot...even though he didnt touch the **** joint

I personally will fight against any rules/regulations that are not NEEDED for survival.

Yes, they should be more worried about what they are doing to better the country (nothing) instead of what im smoking inside my house.

I kinda posted about this. But the piss test is only the first thing. If you fail or the test comes up inconclusive, theyll test you again, and/or use hair for the test. supposedly more accurate. thats neither here nor there though.

this i agree with too, but I cant lie and say when I go to places in tampa or st pete and its smoke free now, sheeeeeeit, its 10x better.

actually the hair test and saliva tests are some of the most inaccurate.

you can fail test on both by being in the same room as someone who is smoking, even though you never participated in the activity.

I see it as whats the best plan of attack for the war on drugs (stupid war). We've got meth problems impacting peoples lives everyday. Yet the government tries to bust big pot moves.

Its like putting another layer of paint on the house when the foundation is crumbling away. Priorities are all screwed up, and unfortunately that means the allocation of my tax dollars is also screwd up.

ok say what you want...but i find it funny that its ok for a company to have 100% choice in one matter, and 0% choice in another. you said the company should do as they deem fit...yet the should not be allowed to hire based on race if they see that as being fit?

what about discrimination on things we have a choice in then? religion? ****** preference?

why do you say they should do as they please with one, and have to abide by laws with another?
