Me too...still worried about pulling strength of the door and wrapping teh vinyl over the pod itself...its not that strectchy...

I dont mind the cold weather, matter of fact, I prefer it to the nasty heat we get here. It just sucks that I cant get these done as soon as I want. And who says I'm paying for this router table? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Gotta love nieghbors who are editors for woodworking magazines...
So ... When you going to send a router table my way ? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

hmmm... How are you going to connect teh top part to the wood and rest of the part you fiberglasseD?
Factory screws. Along the bottom part of the black leather top piece there a re several plastic posts that screwed into the original bottom half of the panel. I'm just going to reuse those posts and screws...

**** drill press? hook me up with some tools.... ill pay //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

All kinds of problems today...

First I wake up and remember I have a stats test...

Then get home and stufy for my Bio test in an hour from now...

I take a break when my neighbor gets home with my new router bits, a 45* miter and a flush trim...BUT they're 1/2" shank and I need 1/4" shank...

Hes confused and thought that they should fit the table but realized he gave me a universal table that you mount your router to...BUT when we tried to mount it, my router doesnt fit it...

So...either a new router, or new table, AND new bits...I cant catch a break today...no real progress till friday when I can redo the handles and start some shaping...

Update!!!

Today was "key-hole and test fit" day...heres the pics...

My 2 dozen attempts to see what steps worked best...
