You do very nice work

I wish I could just go out and pick up a router table. College + no job = teh suckass.
I dont mind the cold weather, matter of fact, I prefer it to the nasty heat we get here. It just sucks that I cant get these done as soon as I want. And who says I'm paying for this router table? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Gotta love nieghbors who are editors for woodworking magazines...

So are you going to use the existing panels? Or are you making new oneS?
The only thing getting re-used off the old panel is the top black leather piece that hooks over the door. I'm making a new bottom half for the new arm-rest and pod...

Im thinkin about doing new door panels for my galaxie.... Does yours round over at the top like were a manual push down lock would go? if so how did you do the top of it?
I dont 100% understand what your talking about. The factory top piece, in the pics its the long black leather piece front front to back...is going on the new panel. I didnt have to change a thing at all for the top part of the panel, just the main bulk of it being the bottom half...

Its not sarcasm thats what im going to do now.. Where did you get your supplies?
What supplies specifically? Router bits are from Infinity tools, Router is a skil, Craftsman work station, Router table was a craftsman, everything else: sand paper, random drill bits, etc was bought at Home Depot. Fibreglass came from a friends company...forget the name.

at the top it has a round over place where it slides in between the frame of the door and the window and locks down. Know what im saying?
yea, thats the black leather piece that extends all the way across the top and is getting reused in the new panel...

I dunno the name of his company and none of the stuff has a logo on it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif I'll ask him tomorrow though...
