on channel ain't workin!

ok, so i got a RF T8002 powering 2 10" JL w6v2's and i was noticing it was as loud as it should be. I went back there and played the bassiloveyou song and took a look at excursion only to realize that one channel ain't workin. i switched the subs and stuff and so it is the channel. i unplugged the RCA's and plugged back in and still nothin, could use a little help guys, thanks.

ur amp's one channel is blown, it happened to my soundsteam 250.2 amp last year
