I have a single old school SoundStream Davinci DV-10 sub/enclosure I would like to run. I know back in the day SoundStream made some decent quality stuff.
It is a Dual Voice Coil 1000w RMS @ 2 ohms. I'm a little older and don't need that much so I am thinking to rewire the DVC to 4 ohms which should make it 500w RMS @ 4 ohms and run an amp with around 500w RMS @ 4 ohms.

Enclosure recommended from SoundStream: .75 TO 1.0 CUBIC FT. OF AIR SPACE AND A ROUND PORT OF 3in IN DIA. AND 10in IN LENGHT.
Here are the pics (poor things been sitting for years). The enclosure without the speaker is super heavy and seems to be made really well with 4 angled supports on all corners.
What do you guys think of the sub?
