Old school rockford punch 45

I got an old school punch 45 but its not working cuz 2 of the lil fuses on the inside are blown theres 4 total. Anyone know where i can get ahold of these fuses or where i can send it to get repaired?

are they glass fuses? ATC "blade" type? What amperages?

they r the lil round glass tube fuses they say BUSS AGA5 on them
