Old School Rockford Punch 3x crossover..

Hello,

I recently acquired this crossover a few days ago and have a few questions about it..

- Since the only way to change the variables on the crossover is to swap out the 'cards' in it, what would be the easiest way to figure out what cards are in it?

- And does any have an idea of what one of these would go for?
