Old Planet Audio 2250d vs new VX2200D?

What sort of changes have happened? I used to love the old P1250d and 2250d because they put out rated power at 13v. How does then ew VX2200D compare to the 2250d? I am in the market for one and Will likely be buying the one if i get the chance because I haven't heard all that much great stuff about the VX2200D . So does it still put out rated power or what
