Hi guys looking for a new sq unit with these features -
time allignment
equalizer, don't know how good an equalizer i would need
maybe MP3 capability but an MP3 cd changer could sort that out possibly
So far i have been looking at the pioneer dex-p1r but I'm not sure if the 13 band eq is enough. Not sure if the pioneer has an auxillary input either. The new pioneer stuff looks brilliant but they all have internal amps so I'm sure about the sq?
Then i could get an alpine 7998 which looks like a neat unit but the parametric
equalizer looks even worse on that.
I have looked at eclipse units, but I don't know much about them, do they have time alligement and good eq's and support mp3's?
It seems main problem is getting a unit with time allignment and good equalization, not sure exactly how much equalization I am going to need as I'm not entering competition but I am planning to run high quality stuff at present I have a w7 and have just bought some oz audio matrix componenents and selling my a/d/s ones which were brilliant. I am also wanting to add sommore midbass so will want some 6.5 midbasss drivers which I will put in the doors.
