Ok so i got rid of the 350z cause times are tough, gas, payments blah blah blah and now im daily driving the sentra.
For starters, front doors and a, b, c pillars are dynamatted, also behind the rear seats its dynamatted and the rear baffle deck also. i dont like a rear channel so i only run comps up front and the rear speakers are removed so the air goes clear through into the cabin.
-Headunit I have right now is a Pioneer DEH-P7800MP which is actually pretty good and I have the XM module for it.
-Subwoofers ive been swapping between 10W7 HO box, 13W7 cls box, two 12w3v3 ported box, 15w3v2 sealed single, 12w6v2 sealed and two 12w3v3 sealed. the 15 suited my taste the best and also was the lightest box/woofer combo and since the car is a 4 door shitbox, hefty boxes make it handle weird.
So basically, I'm taking suggestions for a new Sub and Amp combo. I listen to spanish music like salsa, merengue, reggaeton also reggae, hip hop, rap, techno and I like pushing the system every once in a while. I like to put the windows down and just RAG on that thing till i cant hear the wind anymore. I like to also listen to oldies and classical music so SQ is not out of the question.
Also 6.5" components I'm open to suggestions.
Budget: for the components I'd like to spend less than $500. For the sub(s) I can go up to $600 and the amplifier(s) it depends on how much i will be getting out of it and if it is flexible. I dont really have an idea on how much to spend on amplifier. I would like to keep the headunit since it is still going strong, has a plethora of adjustment options/x-overs etc and also the display is fawking cool. My budget is not set in stone. If i see something that will perform better than the rest and costs a little more I wont discount the possibility of buying it.
Side notes: the whole car is rigged already with 2ga power wire distro'd to 2 different locations with separate remote switches for mids/highs amp and bass amp. battery is upgraded to a heavy duty, also have the big 3 grounds and an additional 4 grounds. fuse blocks and distro's are all legit, no jerry-rigging at all, everything is installed legit as fawk, soldering etc the whole nine yards.
