well, thanks to all of you that helped. I have found out the problem though..........
I had my "lows" slope at 100, i then changed it to 40 and it got much louder. I then turned the lows up on my head unit from 0 all the way up to 4 and it helped even more. At this point i had to actually turn my amp gain down because it was too loud, so i did that. Then i turned the LPF on the head unit from 80 to 63 and i am completely satisfied with the output now. And i got to turn the gains down a bit as well. So i guess i solved my own problem/
so you were running HPF xovered at 100 up?

lol

put that ho on 20hz

like i said.

20 percent tuning

On a side note, very glad it ogt figured out! Happy bumping!

Merry Christmas!

not exactly, no. I had to actually change the slopes of the lows and everything, it was a 3 step process. I had it set that way because i listen to more metal than rap, so i didn't want the lows in there as much. Anyway, it's fixed and done. I added themz dbbbbbbzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif:)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif:D:)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

you didnt want lows from a subwoofer so you crossed them at 100hz lowpass thus exctly what i said on like the first page "sounds like they are playing higher notes check your crossovers"
