i am just wondering what the sound difference is when using different ohm, 1,2,4,...

will a higher ohm make a lower sound and a low ohm give just loudness? i like bass really low and not just loud noise.

it doesent matter as long as you've got enough power, but for the cleanest sound you could take 2 8 ohm's wired in parrellel to give you pretty clean and low sound's, but be sure your amp can supply the power demands in a 4 ohm load

i'm not looking to get new subs, i was just wondering. my friend just got a system with 2 12's in a sealed truck box and a legacy 1600 watt amp. all that his does is make noise. there is not deep bass. all that it does is rattle his trunk. my 2 12" blaupunkts with only 760 watts in sealed truck boxes make really low bass notes and not all of that "noise".
