Well the reason the Eclipses are so nice is because they are producing class A/B specs with a class D amp.

They're actually quite nice. Not as pure as say an ARC a/b.. but then again they're also 300-400 cheaper.

Is there any particular reason why you want to go all Eclipse? It doesn't seem like you're getting any sort of a discount through a dealer or employee accomodations, so I'm not sure why you want to do it, but hey -- whatever works for you.

I think $700+ shipped for a pair of class D amps is pretty much a rip-off no matter how you put it...

And do you honestly think those coaxials are going to be able to keep up with your sub-stage? Doubt it.

For $3,500, that's a pretty half-*** -- not "major" -- system if you ask me.

Bottom line: You can do A LOT better.

no flaming here....except i think those coaxes (he has 2 sets) would be fine with his substage. it wont have the best imaging, but it should be fine for loudness
