Newbie Question!

Alright this is probably lame of me. But how the hell do you pull the amp fuse from the amp on a Hifonics Zeus ZX6400???????....Need some help because I think I might have blown the fuse, but for some reason I can't get it out.

Pull.

There might be a couple of small screws securing it. Check.

ok....but are the screws just above the fuse, or are they on the fuse itself??? Also, is the fuse just like a car fuse, but the size of 60 A???

just above or below... NOT on it most likely.

I have not seen or used that amp, I'm only going by lots of experience with other amps... in other words, dont hurt yourself....

Alright, someone please list all of the possibilities of why my amp doesn't power up anymore. But for the last 3 weeks it was fine. I just need to know so I can do some trial and error....

remot wire have power? fuse on your battery wire? rca's plugged in? umm speakers blown?

if its not powering at all the problem is prolly before the amp or ur remote wire has a problem. im assuming u fused somwhere from batt to amp, or as u said an amp fuse. if u used two small a w ire u might have fried that too

Check ALL fuses, the REM wire, the ground wire, drop another amp in it's place and see if the new amp powers up, put your amp in someone else's car and see if it works there.
