Newbie question about new setup

So, completely new the car audio scene here. I know a guy who knows a guy who got me a great deal on an Eclipse setup, CD7100 head unit, 2x SE8365's, 2x8495's, both coaxial type speakers. I had a local joint do the install, in a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon.

Now, while the sound quality is great on this setup, the rear speakers (the SE8495's) occasionally make a popping noise. I did a little research on the subject, and found it might be a grounding issue, but after having the work rechecked by a different installer, they found the wiring to be in good order. Any ideas on what could be causing an infrequent popping or clicking type noise in just the rear speakers?

It happens whenever a song is being played...it's more noticeable at the beginning of songs, because the intros are usually softer, but if you listen closely, you can still hear it throughout the song.

Interesting. So, as previously mentioned, kind of a newbie to this kind of thing. How would I go about doing that? Or is there a good sticky/faq around that would explain it?
