A CDT Audio HD-1200CF sounds good for your needs. $150, works great in a 1 cubic foot sealed box, 300W RMS, and it can easily blend with your front speakers. One important consideration is the impedance your amp makes its power at. The HD-1200CF is a dual 2 ohm sub, so your options would be 4 ohms or 1 ohm.
