Newbie help

I need to install speakers in my 01 civic ex sedan and cant seem to figure out how to remove the back panel and the door panels. The back panel has one of those locks on it for the fold down seats so I dont know what to do to remove the panel. I also cant see any way to get the door panels off. There doesnt seem to be any screws or anything to remove. I thought I'd ask before I try and break something. Any experience/suggestions?

there should be 1 screw in the small ashtray lookin pocket on the armrest and 1 screw where the door handle is. they are covered by a plastic piece so get a flat head and pry off nicely. i have an 00 accord it should be the same type of layout
