new type R's in about 1cf each?

i have a box (sealed) for 2 subs that has about 1cf for each sub (maybe a tad more). i also have a MTX 1501D to power the subs. looking for SQ. would the new type R's thrive with this box and amp. i have a couple of ED 12" O's that were in the same box powered by the same amp and i guess the box was too small. SQ was there but not much punch.

A lot of people on this forum complain about them sealed. I also don't know how much of an SQ driver they are. Are you sure you want an SQ driver?

i proly will sell them but i need suggestions on some subs that will work well with the box and amp that i have. i've read that the type R's do well in small boxes. PM me and give me an offer on the subs, used for about 6 months.

Image Dynamics IDQ. However, it sounds like you want SQL woofers and not SQ woofers if two O's aren't doing the job. Maybe some rl-p's or a couple of ID Max's?
