i just bought me 2 12 in L-7's.. i will be runnign them with 2 quantum audio amps 1500 watt amps... it will be going in a 97 jeep grand cherokee.. i need to know what kind of box should i put these L-7's In?

ported of course. 3-4 cf per sub should be enough. tune it somewhere between 32-35 hz and enjoy.

i know if u put them 12's in a 4th order bandpass that kicker recommends u can pop a 150 with the power u have

to buy a bandpass box you would probally have to pay some one on this forum to do it for you, and it probally wouldnt be so cheap.

and not to thread jack but i got a question for you 80. you recommend bandpass boxes pretty often saying they can have great output but hows the sq? just curious

depends on how the bix is design i can tell u this slammed tuned my car to sq settings and it did really well
