So i got a SS trailblazer currently with two 18" Fi Btls in 14^3ft box ported at 30htz ran off a audiopipe 3000. Im in school and travel more and looking to free up space (whole trunk full as of now). Trying to sell system currently (its on Craigslist in Dothan, AL if interested btw LOL). I want to make a real nice show box and maybe false floor for amp. In meantime, I'm looking into new system ideas...
-Not looking to spend much money, if any, after selling system. I should get around $650-700 out of system.
-Looking to use the least cubic feet possible **(7ish cubic ft max)** BUT still be loud and LOW. I've done the competitions and had the LOUD SPL stuff and honestly just ready for something loud but mainly low freq. stuff (28-32htz) and showy.
-I have plenty of power, batts, alt., 0 gauge etc. so no worries there...
-I've had JL 13w6 and 13w7's and 12" RE xxx's in the past and really liked their low freq. output. (just to give you an idea of the type of sound I'm looking into)
-I plan on using my Audiopipe 3000@2ohm amp. (already have it, so too much power is better than too little).
- i plan on making my box and having equal to or less than current power/watts
a.) I've considered two, maybe three if box space isn't too much, sundown SA 15's, or three SA 12's. i think the sundown X's are probably GREAT but not for that much more $$$. I could get an extra SA for the price of one less X woofer.
b.) I could also get a real good deal three JL 12w6's ($640)
