yup me to !!bottom line is...if i pay for something brand new, i expect to get that item brand new. Now if i were looking for a used item chances are it might have scratches scuffs marks etc.
Let me mark it up...not the previous guy if i was to buy a brand new item.

True, I don't know why they would need to test it.Everybody should wonder why in the **** would WOOFERS pull an SA out of the box and test it? Because they didn't they switched it with a beat up SA. It's probably one of WOOFERS employees sub and he didn't like the way it bumped like Sundowns always do "a lot" and decided he wanted something different so the only way to get his money back was to return a new SA sub. The one he pulled out of the box he was loading on the next delivery truck. He'll he's probably the person you've been dealing with about your/his sub. I had a similar problem except my SA's came with the boxes ripped apart and the cardboard and sub were in a basket man was I ******* pi**ed I ripped the box off and the foam surrounds were all scratched and marked up so I looked close some stupid mother ****** decided they were going to set the boxes down on something wet so where between WOOFERS and me because I know for a fact Sundown would never let something like that get shipped out and when Sundown QC's subs they don't get scratched like that just watch one of their sub testing videos there is always a towel or something of the sort to protect the sub so they don't get beat up. Bottom line WOOFERS is lying to you and Sundown.
