New sub, need opinions.

So it seems as if i need to make a ported box tuned higher than my current 29hz to acheive bass that passes right through you and resonates your chest?

because with my current box and a kicker cvr or a Alpine type -r it just shakes the hell out of the car and my back and nose. It does nothing to my chest.

Nice, great vids and nice new box!

I am excited to make another custom box for the 12" rsdc122. I just dont want to be disappointed with the chest bass thing, i have attempted to obtain this 3 times and have failed each time.

well the way my bass is. It makes people hard to breath because there is so much air getting moved around. And it shakes everything. Tune to 40hz and see what you think. The 10" Rsdc's have way smaller boxes as well. Thats what I like about them. And they have big output.

Well im getting 1 12" rsdc and i really dont have much margin for error. I really only have one shot at getting the frequency right. I wont be able to make another one.

I need help guys! i bought the sub and i would really like to have the box made before it gets here!!!!!

I cant find the specs for the RSDC 122 12"

i need the xmax, vas, qes fs etc to help make the box and these subs are so new that i cant even find em..

I want to make a great chess bass box so if anyone knows these specs PLEASE PLEASE POST THEM, or if anyone has experience with making boxes please help me.

not to thread jack or anything but i was wondering how one PG sub would do in a ported box powered by a 1000 hifonics amp. how much does the sub weigh alone? and how much would a ported box together with the sub weigh? (assuming the box is built to spec)

room is not a problem in my trunk but weight is a problem on my tires and fenders
