New Setup.. Need Opinions

2 12L7 Solobaric Subs 2004 New model

Sealed Box

I want to try to equal out the SQ and SPL as much as possible.

But I am unsure of what I should go with Amp wise. Heres what i have so far:

05 KENWOOD KAC-X811D 1600W Class D Mono

POWER ACOUSTIK A3000DB MONO AMP AMPLIFIER 3000W

HIFONICS BX1500D Class D 1500W Amp

HIFONICS BX1800D Class D 1800W Amp

Also should I go with 4ohm subs or 2ohm subs? And what are my options..

Of those options, I would go with the Hifonics 1500D. And, in which case, you should get subs with dual 4ohm coils so that they can be wired in parallel/parallel for a 1ohm load.

How much are you lookin' to spend on an amp?

i would go with the bx1800D. probably won't get a full 1800 watts rms, but close to it. should power them nicely in a sealed box.

hey, why not the power acoustic, ive never heard of it doing 3kw, but im sure its a great price for that wattage.

why not PA stuff squeak? from what ive seen, its been working great in my brothers car...

Squeak is a PA hater. I think the A3000db would work nice for you. SO that is my vote.
