Hey guys I just finished my new build I have an re audio xx 15 not xxx and a skar audio t2000.1d the sub is rated at 1500 rms and I've seen in YouTube that the skar amp does 2343 rms at 1ohm at 14.4. question is that will this destroy my sub...?

Set your gain right and you'll be fine

Yea I have it barely turned up bass on my deck is all the way down idk if its cuz the sub is new and burning off glue but has a smell coming from it when I play it for a long stretch of time. and also the sub gets warm and like I said the gain is almost all the way down not even a quarter of the way up.
