New install issue

The factory touch screen in my 2016 Silverado went bad so I had a Kenwood DDX57S professionally installed. The factory Bose amp was re-used to run all 6 speakers and I still have my steering wheel controls. The issue is that I can't hear the back speakers like I used to and I have no front/rear fader control. Is this normal? What should I do?

It sounds as if they did not use a proper adapter kit. Take it back; alll that should have been tested by them before leaving the install bay.
