lil dude I wire production platforms huge plants drilling rigs and everything in between..

when a listened electrician explains the proper wiring techniques you might want to listen..

and there is a huge difference between #4 and 4/0..

number 4 is good for about 100 amps while 4/0 is good for over 300 amps.

I've sank generators and understand lag and lead how to over speed one to sink but thanks for the information..

it's illegal to stack connectors, that why..

current flow threw stacked ring terminals is a fail it's all about surface area..

and multipul runs are a huge waste and more of a hazard..

also you don't have a clue what cca is its copper plated aluminum and the befits over alum are really non existent..

also u don't fuse betweent the alt and battery because it's under the hood, you fuse in order to prevent fire not protecting devices..

people come here asking for advice Ive been found this for a long time so if I make a suggestion you might want to take my advice..

I'm not trying to be little anyone I'm just telling u your alittle over your head and going to a dealer would really benifit you..
