New guy to the forum...need advise..

Hello, I just bought a set of 10" Image Dynamics subs 4ohm load 400w rms each...now I'm looking at an amp that can do 500w x 1 @ 4ohm so 250w x 2 @ 4ohm for around $220...I'm wondering if anyone can help me find maybe a better amp with higher output for around the same price range. $250 is my max budget. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Honestly check out the Profiles, they are reliable amps put out a little less than rated power, probably best out there for the money imo. I had good luck with both the California and Clarus series.

yeah im not really feeling cali amps....i found a diamond d5 600.2 for $225 in brand new cond....im thinkin about going with that...
