new fuse block, fuse size needed??

I made a 3 fuse block holder at work the other day for the big 3 and two runs of power to the rear. I have some 250 fuses would that work. I will be using excelene 1/0 and the runs should be under 17 feet. Will a 250 be ok for each wire. I have a 130 amp alt and ss amps have a total of 190 amps of fusing. I'm running two runs because when I upgrade il have the wire there and ready.

I would just make sure to fuse at or above the fuse amount in the amplifier(s) the wire(s) is going to. I do that just for added protection for the amp, although the true purpose as you seem to already know is to keep your wire from catching fire. The ones you have should be fine.
