New build need help with matching door speakers to subs.

This is going to be my first full build for a 2000 Honda Civic LS. Trying to keep it balanced and a good budget system.

What I have picked out so far:

2X pioneer 12" 1400W peak 400WRMS Dual coil subs.

1X Rockville 1500W peak 750W RMS (plan on bridged for 750W peak per channel 375W RMS per sub in 2 ohm)

What I need help with:

2X 6-1/2" door speakers

2X 6" X 9" door speakers

1X 4 channel amp.

What wattage should I get per channel?

What efficiency ratings (dB) should I be looking at?

Is there anything better in the same price range for the subs and amp I have already selected?
