alright guys i decided to go back to SPL.

im thinking either

a pair of 12's

or

1 or 2 15s depending on airspace needed

whenever i can talk to kmanian the SHW is an idea

looks like ill have ruffly 9.5ft3 to work with before displacement

maybe get close to 10ft3 with a little extra work

ill lose a little with having to fit batts in though

amps are the only thing im really unsure about.

want to try running something different this time

only big amps ive used are DD or Cadence

suggestions for 4k + amps?

this will be going into the ext cab ranger unless i get a different truck when my disability starts

DD is always an option for subs with me

especially since i can do 2 in 3.5-4ft each

i know from tests they put out insane amounts of power

how do you think the 2 strapped would compare to an atomic 7000.1

mainly what im asking there is dealing with electrical

I'd say two 15's ported

3000D, RD 3250.1, There are some VFL's laying around, Memphis 4kw, you got Stetsom 7kd's around, tons of high end options man

That SHW is stupid. You need two 3000D's to get that thing moving, but yes it is loud

And if you're talking about running 6K +, how big is your stock alt? How much room do you have for batts and are you willing to buy a HO Alt?

the amp doesnt have to be high end exactly but no way im using something that says 3k rms but does 1200 on a good day

if i keep the ranger it will probably be a pair of 250amp alts and probably 4 batts of course several runs of 1/0

ive mainly used kinetiks other than my old stinger 1700

im somewhat limited to space since i dont want to do a wall as long as im using it as a daily driver
