Do you really think velcro will hold that box in place if you are in a collision at any speed greater than 5-10 mph (if that even)?

Actually, velcro is rather strong. I think it's got a strength of something like 40lbs per square inch.

That's great when you get in a car crash at 30 MPH and realize that if you stop within 1 foot without wearing a seatbelt you are experiencing acceleration and deceleration forces of between 100-150g's. That's using a 160lb driver. Consider a box with two 80lb subs in it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

As said previously, looks good, but that is incredibly dangerous. You must fix that to something.

no worries guys that thing aint goin no where!!! but just the velcrow is temp ill be adding something like L brakets....

how in gods name did you make a box thats 8^3 in an extended cab truck?
that box is 7.5 so i dont see much problem getting a lil less than one more cubic foot! the box i was gona do was almost 9.5...but i decided not to soo it can be done w the rite planning and measuring!

I'm guessing the seats were pulled to get the big ash box in that bish
and yea i took out the passenget seat to put it in!
