I actually asked Parts Express if they would be getting the 6" psp's and this was the response:

I have inquired to the mfg and we may be carrying this in the future. However, right now because it is produced and materials are source domestically, it's about four times the cost of the 4", which would not be profitable for Parts Express. Once the mfg has this item produced off shore and offers it at a reduced cost I will look into it again. No promises! To get one now, a special order may be possible. If you are interested, just let Kim Nickell (kimn@partsexpress.com) know.

A little late? I already have everything in and they all fit. It's VERY VERY close but it fits very well.

Thriller Audio had my 6" PSP Ports sent out quick. They are a good site and I would not mind buying from them again. Those 6" are very pricey at 40$ a piece or so.

You can buy tubes itself, flares it self, couplers itself. I bought the entire kit (comes with flares couplers and a tube to complete 1 aeroport. And it's about 40$ for the kit I believe.
