Are you doing sealed or ported...ported im assuming

You could just run two of those subs and wall them off behind your rear seats. Your amp would be plenty for two and having them walled off would let you have adequate space for a good enclosure. Squeezing all four in the trunk won't give optimal results.

i have a box design that was doing 148.7 at 31hz off a saz300 at .5 ohms with just 2-12's in the exact same car. and that was on music

I have seen either 4 15 or 4 18 in an impala.. it was doing 156s

They can get it done. You need juice though.

I and many other set some world records back in the day with them.

maybe back in the day when their wasnt any better equipment. I had some of the HK series and they are junk and power hogs

i sold them awhile back.. 2 hk2000 .. power hogs for what you get out of them.. get more out of a d9 with less juice.. and id ont think you can even wire the hks down

Go back farther...the HK4KD, 802SX, 602SX....those are what you want if you want to play with there better amps.

ah.. i moved on.. lol.. that was one of my first "big setups" 2 hk 15s and 2 hk2000 .. my first build .. only did like 149 with it on stock electrical

Ported will be the way Im leaning towards, Just need a little help with the box. Amp will be temp, until I can get me another one but the box is my main problem.
