i i'll be building an enclosure like this for my explorer.. subs up ports back firing into a loading chamber like that...which would ultimately be firing up as well. One of my many different strange box's i'm going to try.

my motivation is to provide the port with something stiffer to load off than the hatch.. no idea if thats either of your intentions..

We're going to have to start calling that box design the "mobeius".He already has this type of design up and running with 2 10's.

Thanks for that link, I pm'ed mobeius about it a week or so ago, but idk if he got it, its cool. But from his vid it sounds like it works well. I think I'll give it a shot, and heck if it doesn't work, build a new one.

I guess that could be a benefit as well.. hadn't thought of that. No it was more to easily incorporate the box into the back of the car, as well as have something to protect the port and subs when i stack stuff on them.
