I am building a truck box for two 10w6v2's. JL recommends .75^3 for each. So I am going for 1.5^3 for two. JL recommends a slot port of 1.25"x10.5"x30" for one sub. Now what do I do if I want to use the same port for 2 of them. In other words the box will have no divider and use the same port.

Will this work?

Yes, two subs can share the same port. You should use a subwoofer port length calculator to calculate the correct length, such as this one:

Remember to account for the volume of the port inside the box when calculating your outer dimensions. Your internal volume should be 1.5 cubes after you substract the port volume and subwoofer displacement. If you're anal, you can even take into account the volume of the port pieces inside the box. Although mostly insignificant, it does impact the internal volume that the subwoofers see.
