I'm a fanboy of results. In this case both sides of the camp made promises they couldn't keep.

So who's to take responsibility? That side which made promise to consumer directly.

Just my opinion...I don't care about what happened between the 2 parties...but it would have been smart to release all this info on the product AFTER you got a prototype done. Not only would none of this have surfaced, but you wouldn't have had people sitting around waiting for something to get built, that was "supposed" to be done months ago.
