i found the type r 12 on ebay for $115 shipped for the dual 2 ohm version. i am getting three of them and was wondering if there is somewhere else to get them cheaper, but they have to be brand new.

i don't think a warranty will really matter, if something goes wrong with it, it will probably blow, and that isn't covered by warranty, so why even have it? all companies guarantee it to work when it arrives, so thats all i really need

not true. i had a sub's vc lock up on my for no reason and somehow my xxx's coil got misaligned

umm, got 3 dual 2s, 2005 models, one month old, full warranty thru xsounds, 325 shipped obo.
