need to pick a amp

I am about to sell my ma audio hk798 amp. I need to replace it with a amp but I don't know which amp to replace it with. I've been looking at the Directed audio D600 , phoenix gold octane 5.0:1 or a phoenix gold 8.0:1 for my old school w6. I was looking for the price range of 130 -160 bucks. any suggestions?

a friend of mine has that PG 8.0.1 amp pushing 2 12w3v2's and it pushes them nicely...
