need to buy a gas sipper

I'm interested in the replies too.Because we're considering getting a ford focus, or a jetta.
What kind of Focus? I have the ST and I get if I am lucky about 20 city and 28 highway even though it says I am supposed to get 24/32. They always rate those numbers high anyway. The regular Focus does better, but they are a dog of a car. Girlfriend ended up getting one for a rental car, the 2.0l and OMG I think I could run faster. I seriosly was wondering if they did something to the car so you couldnt accelerate fast. My ST felt like a drag car when I would get in it after that, lol!

get a crotch rocket get great gas mileage and gets you there fast.

Do you have a clue what your talking about?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I had a R1 with a PC, and driving it fast I got around 34ish mpg with no passenger. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

Anyway, best bet is to get a car first of all. I bought an older (99' Audi A4). Most all of my driving is city. In the city I got about 19mpg city, and 22 highway when I first bought it. After I decided it was time to improve the gas mileage I did a few cheap things, and getting 23mpg city / 27 highway. Keep in mind, it costed me under $200. bucks and pays it's self back in a few weeks with all my driving.

Cold air intake off ebay with new filter (35. bucks)

Synthetic fluid change

Redline in the radiator

SeaFoam ( big difference, can tell difference at idle)

should i A: keep my tahoe and get a beater car (1500 or less)

B: sell my tahoe and get a jetta

C: sell my tahoe and get a cavalier sport

dont want to sell my trcuk but **** 70 miles round trip everyday is killinme on gas. or anyone have any idea how to improve my gas mileage alot on my tahoe...

only cars id be interested in would be something that come in manual and would be relatively sorta kinda fun to drive. maybe a regular wrx if i could find one for a decent price

That's half-right. They were definitely sold through Chevy dealerships but it wasn't made by Toyota. It technically wasn't made by GM, either.

It was manufactured through a cooperative venture between Toyota and GM at the NUMMI (New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc) plant in Fremont, CA //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Theres 2 differn't sea foams. The best one, is the one they have you run though your oil. It might make your car smoke for about 30-40 miles, but I bet you there will not be any corrosion left in there, and your mileage will improve.
